K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg
The residency programme at K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg aims to strengthen connections between choreographic practice, research, and production. Selected choreographers will spend eight months in Hamburg developing a full-length piece. The program covers living expenses, travel, production budget, and technical/dramaturgical support. Applicants must be in the early stages of their career with experience producing their own work. The programme is open to international artists and individuals from all choreographic fields.
Monthly scholarship for living expenses, one-time travel expenses, visa support, production budget, use of K3 studios, and artistic/dramaturgical support.
Applicants must be at the beginning of their choreographic career, have produced projects outside of an educational context, provide links to 4 full-length works, be available in Hamburg for the full 8-month duration, and participate in outreach activities. Only individual applications are accepted.
Applications must be submitted in English via the online form provided on the K3 website.
