About the Open Call

The Keyhole Workspace Artist-in-Residence Program provides a 4-month studio space (September-December 2026) for three artists. The cohort's theme is 'Meeting the Moment', inviting artists to respond to social, political, and cultural conditions. Requirements include 15 hours a week in the studio, participation in events, and donating one work of art to the center. Stipend is provided for material costs. Applicants must have their own separate housing.

What is Offered

Studio space, monetary stipend for material costs, and a solo exhibition.

Artists living in New Haven and the Greater New Haven Area only.
