About the Open Call

Sónar+D and Fundación Cotec are seeking original proposals in the field of digital culture that combine research, science, and data with art, technology, and social impact. The installation should include a participative and interactive element, encourage critical thinking, and be viable for a minimum of 24 months of exhibition. The project is open to a wide range of creators including artists, collectives, designers, technologists, universities, and research centers.

What is Offered

Budget of up to 100,000 EUR (+ VAT) to cover design, development, production, installation, maintenance, and artist fees for a 2-year period.

Requirements

Proposals must be original, never before exhibited, and focused on digital culture with a participative/interactive component.
