About the Open Call
Nature and Place is a series of temporary works commissioned by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, taking inspiration from the forests of Ticknock, Tibradden, Barnaslingan, Carrickgollogan, Kilmashogue and Ballyedmonduff. This open call invites artists to submit proposals for temporary work, which is not open to permanent artworks or temporary site-based work, to be realized between September and November 2025. The project offers a budget of €10,000 with an additional €2,000 for public engagement outputs.
What is Offered
A budget of €10,000 (including VAT) for the project, with an additional budget of up to €2,000 available for creating outputs that can continue to engage the public after the project ends.
Requirements
This opportunity is for temporary work to take place between September and November 2025; it is not open to permanent artworks or temporary site-based work.
