Mid Atlantic Arts administers the Individual Artist Fellowship program on behalf of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. Fellowships are awarded to support practicing New Jersey artists in pursuing their professional artistic goals. Categories for 2027 include Choreography, Crafts, Music Composition, Photography, Playwriting/Screenwriting, Poetry, and Sculpture.

Applicants must be practicing artists based in New Jersey. Applications must be submitted in English. Adherence to all program Rules & Instructions is required for eligibility.
