About the Open Call

The programme is a well-established opportunity for those looking to grow their community practice. Create is looking for artists who are passionate about using the creative arts to empower vulnerable people. The programme provides practical experience, feedback, training days, safeguarding training, and mentorship to help artists gain hands-on facilitation experience.

What is Offered

Participants receive training, practical experience, mentorship, a certificate of achievement, and a bursary of £1,800 towards expenses.

Requirements

Must be able to attend in-person training days in London on all listed dates, including induction and various modules through 2028.

How to Apply

The application process is in three stages. 1. Submit an Eligibility Form and Equality Monitoring Form by 10am on 2026-10-09. 2. If invited, submit an Application Form and a two-minute video by 10am on 2026-11-02. 3. If invited, participate in an interview on 2026-11-24 or 2026-11-25.
