About the Open Call

Le Garage Moderne opens a residency cycle within the OASIS project. Selected artists will spend two weeks in Bordeaux between October and December 2026. The residency focuses on site-specific proposals that explore the venue's verticality, social space, and community environment. Artists are expected to lead masterclasses for members and staff. Any discipline is welcome, including design, visual art, performing arts, film, architecture, and interdisciplinary practices.

What is Offered

1,300 EUR artist fee, up to 600 EUR production grant, travel grant, per diem of 45 EUR/day, and provided accommodation.

Requirements

Open to international artists. Must be available for a two-week stay in Bordeaux between October and December 2026. Must be open to collaboration with local residents and willing to conduct two days of masterclasses.
