GlogauAIR
GlogauAIR’s On-line Program Residency is open to all nationalities and art disciplines. Thanks to this program we look forward to bring artists together on-line to discuss, work, collaborate, be engaged and inspired. The on-line program is for artists who aren’t necessarily able to travel and is more flexible to allow artists to continue to live and work in your existing setting while experiencing international exchange and professional support. The program includes curatorial support and mentoring sessions, regular group meetings, talks by experts and workshops. The On-line Program fee includes: Curatorial Support: you will meet with a professional curator every week to talk about and work on your project; Planned participation in on-line talks and activites; Media and communication support: The creation, edition and printing of a Catalogue, The creation, edition and printing of a Flyer, The distribution of a Press Release, Images for promotional materials, Website space: one page will be created with your profile, The campaign for the promotion of the Open Studios Event, Our team will post about your work during your time at GlogauAIR and create useful exposure through our networking and social media platforms. A general structure of the on-line program is: 1st Month: 1st week: Wednesday 1st Monthly Meeting; 2nd week: individual meeting with Curator advisor; 3rd week: presentation of Chema Alvargonzalez work, spanish new media artist and founder of GlogauAIR; 4th week: talk Art Marketing Tools, ways of improving our artistic presence in social media; + On-line weekend. 2nd Month: 1st week: Wednesday 2nd Monthly Meeting: Catalog preparation, presentation of deadlines, communication strategy, etc; 2nd week: Statement text and images submission; 3rd week: Corrections and edition of the text with Curator advisor; 4th week: Last check of the catalogue; + Virtual studio visit with external curator, usually Berlin-based; + On-line weekend. 3rd Month: 1st week: Wednesday 2nd Monthly Meeting: presentation of Virtual Open Studios, technical doubts and preparations; 2nd week: Set up: virtual Open Studios; 3 + 4th week: Virtual Open Studios online at www.GlogauAIR.net. Every week the curator advisor will be available on Tuesday or Thursday afternoon for individual meetings (between 30/45 min duration). With the exception of the submission and corrections weeks in the second month.

The On-line Program is open to all nationalities and art disciplines. Artists of all stages in their careers are welcome. GlogauAIR is made for artists but is also open to accepting other art professionals who do research work, including Curators, Art Historians, Writers, and Musicians. The only important requirement is that the art professional or creative participates in Virtual Open Studios, showcasing their work at the end of the stay. Applicants must prepare: contact details, Artist Statement (max 600 characters), Vita and Exhibitions (max 600 characters), 3-10 images of your work, Project Description (max 600 characters) specifying interest in GlogauAIR and Berlin, and answer questions on funding and visa information.
Applications are now open for Q4 (October to December 2025). To fill the form of our Open call -which will be available on our website- you will need to: Fill in the contact details (artistic name, name, surnames, phone number, current address, pronouns and social media links), Artist Statement (max 600 characters), Vita and Exhibitions (max 600 characters), Upload 3-10 images of your work, Project Description - (max 600 characters). You will have to write a description of the project you would like to develop during your residency at GlogauAIR; Specify your interest in pursuing a residency in GlogauAIR, on the city of Berlin and what it will bring to your artistic practice.
