DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam
The residency program explores the history and present of DAS MINSK, a former restaurant transformed into a museum, as a site for social exchange. The Culinary Residency seeks applicants who view cooking as a cultural and artistic practice, covering themes such as community, hospitality, regional traditions, ecology, and the future of food. Selected residents will develop a project to be presented within the museum's public programming. The residency period is from April to July 2027.
1,000 € monthly stipend, travel expenses, furnished apartment, Deutschlandticket, production cost support, and access to museum facilities.
Applicants must be cooks, artists, food designers, or interdisciplinary practitioners. Project proposal required.
