About the Open Call
The workshop offers practical tools and frameworks for fundraising and project writing, skills in cultural diplomacy and international networking, insights into festival management, and business development for producers. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, group work, real-life case studies, and peer exchange. Eligibility is restricted to nationals or legal residents of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Greece, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Romania, Bulgaria, and Türkiye.
What is Offered
The organizer covers the workshop fee, travel expenses, and accommodation.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in production or cultural management within the performing arts; must be a national or legal resident of the specified Balkan and surrounding countries.
