About the Open Call

The Foundation seeks ambitious, innovative, and collaborative projects that strengthen the European Dimension, promote artistic excellence, encourage citizen participation, and contribute to the long-term cultural development of Skopje. The programme is categorized into five strands: Art4Hope, Togetherness, rECOvering, CreARTing, and Heritage. Funding ranges from EUR 3,000 to EUR 150,000 based on project scale.

What is Offered

Funding support ranging from EUR 3,000 to EUR 150,000 depending on the project scale, and inclusion in the official Skopje 2028 European Capital of Culture programme.

Requirements

Applicants must be artists, cultural organisations, public institutions, universities, creative professionals, civil society organisations, cultural operators, creative industries, community organisations, or international partners.
