Platform Dalí
The residency programme supports a 12-month process consisting of an introductory visit, an on-site research residency of up to 45 days, and a period for research development and artistic production. The residency culminates in a new artwork to be presented by Platform Dalí no later than 2029. Applicants should have a minimum of eight years of professional experience and a strong interest in the intersection of art, science, and technology.
Each selected artist receives a €7,500 artist fee, a production budget of up to €25,000, and curatorial support. Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs are covered for artists based outside of Barcelona.
Artists of any nationality with a minimum of eight years of professional experience. Must demonstrate an established artistic practice and an interest in art-science collaboration.
Applications must be submitted through the official online application form at calls.platformdali.org, including personal information, a biography/CV, portfolio, selection of a partner science centre, and a project proposal of up to 700 words.
