PHOTO IS:RAEL invites artists working in photography, film, video, performance documentation, animation, and digital/interactive media to submit proposals for the 13th International Photography Festival. The theme 'Citizens' explores photography as a means of civic engagement, visibility, and democratic participation. Selected works will be featured in the Main Exhibition and the festival catalog.
