About the Open Call

Four successful works will be selected by an independent committee for a curated outdoor exhibition in Brown Hart Gardens, Mayfair. The programme aims to celebrate artistic excellence and encourage public interaction with contemporary art. Selected works will be on display for 12 months from November 2026 to November 2027. Each selected artist receives a £5,000 loan fee, with transport, installation, and insurance covered by the venue.

What is Offered

Exhibiting artists will receive a £5,000 loan fee, with transport, installation, and de-installation costs covered. The artworks will be insured during transit and while on display.

Requirements

The work must be completed and ready for display (no proposals), suitable for outdoor conditions, and safe to sit on a plinth without deep anchors. Maximum footprint: 1405 x 805 mm. Work must be available for the entire 12-month period and currently located in the UK.
