Open Call: Sound Artist in Residence

About the Open Call

The residency involves developing a permanent sound installation across the O Castro Art Village site, accessible via QR codes. Residents will work with the acoustic and atmospheric properties of the location, in dialogue with other resident artists and a mentor. The residency takes place during October 2026 for 30 days.

What is Offered

Travel allowance (€400-€800), daily allowance of €30 per day for expenses, accommodation in a geodesic dome, and professional mentorship.

Requirements

Must be a legal resident of a European country other than Spain. Must be available for the full 30-day duration in October 2026.
