Open Call “Women.Life.Climate”

About the Open Call

In a public call for submissions, we invite international artists to submit contributions on the theme of women fighting for climate protection for a juried group exhibition in our exhibition spaces. The exhibition, with its works, is planned and implemented in a resource-saving manner. Artists are requested to specify the percentage of recycled material used in their work. As a team, sustainability is not just our content, but also our practice. We are accompanying the exhibition with a dialogue-oriented program. Artists as well as external participants are cordially invited to contribute their own ideas for lectures, workshops, readings, or other formats.

What is Offered

Exhibition space with equipment, a bar, promotion via email, website, social media, web and print flyers, organization of the work texts, the accompanying program and guided tours, and documentation.

Requirements

Individual artists or existing artist groups may apply online with a maximum of three works. Physical works from the EU, letters and videos also from non-EU countries. For sent works, we ask that senders include the return postage. Attendance for regional artists is desired for the opening and artist talk, as well as supervising the exhibition.
