About the Open Call

For more than 20 years, the Delaplaine’s Over 70 Show has showcased artworks by artists age 70 and up. This non-juried exhibition invites artists of all skill levels to submit one work of art in any medium. The show continues to grow, attracting hundreds of regional artists. Due to gallery capacity, the first 100 submitted artworks will be accepted for the exhibition. The show runs from July 18 through August 30, 2026.

Inclusion in a public exhibition at The Delaplaine Arts Center galleries.

Requirements

Artists must be age 70 or older. Only one artwork per artist may be submitted. Submissions are limited to the first 100 registrants.

How to Apply

Artists must register through the online form linked on the Delaplaine Arts Center website. Once registered, artwork must be dropped off at the gallery between Monday, July 6 and Saturday, July 11, 2026.
