About the Open Call
Artists may submit up to three artworks, each documented with at least three images (front, back, and detail). Submissions must include a short bio, artist statement, and responses to brief questions about artistic practice and identity. Anonymous applications are permitted to ensure safety and accessibility for artists who may not wish to publicly disclose their identity. The selected artists’ work will be featured in the online exhibition opening in June 2026 and highlighted during the SNAG x Detroit conference (June 10–13, 2026), which brings together artists, educators, and makers working in jewelry and metal arts.
