Rehearsal Director (full-time)

About the Open Call

As Rehearsal Director, you serve as the link between artistic vision and daily practice, leading rehearsals, coaching dancers, and coordinating schedules. You will work within a small artistic team to ensure artistic quality remains consistent during creation periods and on tour. The role requires extensive experience in contemporary repertoire, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, professional, and safe environment.

What is Offered

Full-time position, salary between €3670 – €5350, and 42 holiday days per year.

Requirements

Experience as a Rehearsal Director, Ballet Master or similar role; background in contemporary repertoire; ability to lead and motivate dancers; strong communication and organizational skills; good command of English; based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam.
