Pedvale Art Park
The International Artist Residency Pedvale is accepting applicants for its performance artists Residency programme in December 2025, inviting up to 9 individual performance artists or a group (5-7 people) for a month-long residency. The theme is "victory of light over darkness," encouraging artists to stage performances indoors or outdoors. The Pedvale Art Park & Artist Residency is located two hours northwest of Riga, encompassing almost 100 hectares with landscape and art. The residency runs from December 5, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Accommodation is provided in a refurbished 19th-century manor house with fully-furnished private bedrooms, access to a kitchen, common areas, laundry, and parking. Four studios (~30 sqm) on the ground floor and three smaller ones in the basement are available 24/7, with opportunities to work outdoors. Artists must self-fund travel, materials, and equipment. The artist’s residency fee is €480 for individuals, and group rates apply (5 artists €2290; 6 artists €2602; 7 artists €2866). The fee covers program costs and historic building maintenance. The residency does not offer grants or stipends but can assist with recommendation letters for external funding.

The Residency is open to individual performance artists or performance artist groups. Artists must self-fund their travel and specific materials or equipment. Artists are responsible for supplying their own materials. Participants are invited to show the performances created during the residency in the exhibition hall between December 27 and December 30.
