Residency open call for artists based in Central America

About the Open Call

This residency open call is for an early-career artist based in Central America (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama). The eleven-week, fully funded residency will take place at Gasworks in London from 7 April – 22 June 2027. The program supports professional development, cultural exchange, and artistic experimentation. Residencies are self-led, non-prescriptive and process-based.

Requirements

The opportunity is for an early-career artist based in Central America (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama). Applicants must be self-motivated.
