neimënster
neimënster is opening its parvis to artistic proposals that use natural, organic, and/or ephemeral materials. Selected artists will participate in a research residency from October 19 to November 14, 2026, followed by two weeks for creation and installation. Works will be displayed on the parvis from December 2026 through February 2027. Materials must be biodegradable, non-toxic, and preferably sourced from recovery/recycling. Proposals must withstand winter elements. Includes studio space (40 m²) and potential housing.
A €4,000 research residency grant plus a €2,000 grant for creation/installation, a 40 m² studio, housing (if necessary), production budget, and logistical/technical support.
Visual artists, designers, and set designers. Materials must be biodegradable, non-toxic, and suitable for outdoor winter display. Project must align with neimënster values.
Submit a motivation letter, project description, preliminary project budget, portfolio of completed projects, and CV to residence@neimenster.lu.
