About the Open Call
The Midwest Miniatures Museum presents its 2025 annual juried exhibition, Scaled Perspectives, inviting artists nationwide to explore their interpretation of 'miniature' art. Submissions can range from traditional 1:12 scaled replicas to petite originals or contemporary works, all requiring a maximum dimension of 3 1/2 inches on their longest side. This year's exhibition is juried by Jane Graber, an esteemed artist and miniaturist with nearly 50 years of experience, known for her work in pottery and miniatures which has been exhibited nationwide and featured in various publications including Ceramic Monthly. Graber continues to create in her home studio, expanding her artistic practice beyond historically inspired works.
