This paid partnership includes a $2,500 honorarium for judging assigned works. Judging takes place asynchronously between December 17 and January 7. Partners need to recruit 10–15 jurors (staff or qualified volunteers) and staff members to serve as moderators. Art adjudication can be done in person or remotely via screen-sharing video conference. A coordinator from the partner's team is also required to assign jurors and moderators to panels based on category. Writing Adjudication Process: Writing partners must judge between 1,000–1,250 entries. Adjudication is done remotely, with individual jurors signing into accounts for various categories to read assigned works. Partners should recruit 10–15 individual jurors (approximately 100 entries per juror, varying by category). A site coordinator is needed to assign jurors to panels and monitor their progress.
