About the Open Call

The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers is offering a paid partnership opportunity for art and/or writing-focused organizations to serve as adjudication partners for the 2027 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards through the satellite region known as 'Region-at-large'. Selected partners will receive a $2,500 honorarium to judge assigned entries between December 17, 2026, and January 7, 2027. Partners are responsible for recruiting 10-15 jurors and providing coordination for the judging process, which can be conducted in-person or remotely.
