About the Open Call
As a Region-at-Large partner, your organization will receive a $2,500 honorarium to judge assigned works for the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. The role involves recruiting and coordinating jurors to review student submissions asynchronously between December 17, 2026 and January 7, 2027. Partners are responsible for managing the judging process for either art or writing categories, or both.

Requirements
Organization must be able to recruit 10-15 jurors. Art partners judge up to 6,000 entries; writing partners judge 1,000–1,250 entries. Requires a coordinator to manage the workflow and adherence to adjudication guidelines.
