About the Open Call
ScreenDance RoadShow invites filmmakers to submit short films (1-15 minutes) in which dance and cinematography play equal creative roles. Open to dance, animation, computer graphics, and puppetry related to dance. Screenings occur across New England venues. Features public Q&A sessions with curators.
What is Offered
Selected films receive a festival laurel and public exhibition at various New England venues with opportunities for artist participation in Q&A sessions.
Requirements
Films must be 1-15 minutes in duration. Must have a minimum resolution of 1920x1080. Must involve dance and cinematography. Compilations and documentation of live dance performance are not accepted.
