Gallery 96
Gallery 96 is a non-profit arts organization based in Shoreview seeking an artist or artists experienced in public murals to design and install a mural in the Highway 96 tunnel. The project aims to enhance the space for commuters and requires themes of nature, water, plants, birds, and local wildlife due to funding by the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District. The selected artist will receive $16,000 for design, installation, and coordination of volunteers, with an additional $1,800 budget provided for supplies. The site area is approximately 2500 sq. ft. Surface preparation will be provided by the City of Shoreview.
