About the Open Call

The fellowship provides a grant of HKD 200,000 to cover travel, living, insurance, and research costs for a 3-6 month attachment to M+. The fellow will access M+ collections, deliver internal presentations, take part in staff discussions, deliver a public lecture, and write an essay for publication in M+ Magazine.

Requirements

Open to individuals or research groups of all nationalities; no age requirement. Must hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline or an undergraduate degree with 3+ years of relevant professional/academic experience. Must be proficient in Chinese or English. The proposal must be related to visual arts and represent new research.

Applicants must submit a research proposal (max 1,000 words) and a full CV via the provided Google form. Two letters of recommendation must be emailed directly to siggfellowship@mplus.org.hk.
