About the Open Call

SubScena for theatrical, performance and hybrid art is a non-profit partner project by Autonomous Cultural Center Attack and Cirkorama Association at AKC Medika. The program supports experimental, disobedient, and independent performance, dance, circus and theatrical styles. Selected artists will be part of a 2027 production plan aimed at securing and distributing cultural funding.

What is Offered

Accommodation at AKC Medika, travel expense reimbursement (up to 200 EUR per artist / 500 EUR per group), technical support (light, sound, stage manager), rehearsal and performance space, public presentation, technical education, and promotional support.

Requirements

The opportunity is oriented towards emerging performance groups and artists innovating via avant-garde and experimental practices.
