About the Open Call
Taif City is offering a Writers Retreat for novelists from the Creative Cities of Literature network. The retreat will take place in Taif, Saudi Arabia, from 28 November to 5 December 2025, lasting 7 days. The program targets 7-10 novelists who are actively working on a novel project, have at least one published literary work, and have not participated in this specific program before. Support includes round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation on arrival and departure dates, and meals.
What is Offered
Round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation on arrival and departure dates, and meals will be provided.
Requirements
Participants must have at least one published literary work, be actively working on a novel project during the retreat, align their writing with the novel theme, and must not have participated in the program before. Pre-registration is also required.
