About the Open Call

The philosophical and ethical orientation of the Teacher’s Program - we are all teaching all the time is to provide an overview of tools, tactics, methods for teaching and transmitting. We imagine the Teacher’s Program - we are all teaching all the time as an incubator for deeper social skills to assist those who are dedicated to the art of effectively guiding other people towards the realisation of their projects or goals. This Program is specifically intended for present and future dance and theatre teachers, facilitators and instructors of diverse movement practices, choreographers, holistic practitioners and therapists. The project is curated by Francesca Pedullà, Frey Faust, Manuela Martella, and realised by La Radice dei Viandanti in collaboration with La Luna nel Pozzo. The program is being conceived as an annual training course. However, it is possible to participate also in single modules. The program will be divided into three In-Person modules and two Online modules. The In-Person modules will take place in Puglia (Italy) at Teatro La Luna nel Pozzo. Dates: February 14th-22nd 2026: FUNDAMENTALS (55 hours), Facilitators: Frey Faust, Francesca Pedullà, Manuela Martella, Lorenzo Gasperoni, Robert Mc Neer. April 11th-19th 2026: AXIS SYLLABUS Teacher Lab (50 hours), Facilitators: Frey Faust, Francesca Pedullà, Bariş Mihçi. (Online) May 9th-10th 2026: THE PRACTIC OF LISTENING (8 hours), Facilitators: Francesca Pedullà, Elisa Ricci. (Online) October 17th-18th 2026: MANAGING THE ONLINE FORMAT (8 hours), Facilitators: Frey Faust, Manuela Martella. December 4th-12th 2026: SPECIFICS, Facilitators: Jérôme D'Orso, Frey Faust, Francesca Pedullà, Manuela Martella, Robert Mc Neer. Program FEE for 176 hours: 1500€. FEE for single Modules: FUNDAMENTALS: 620€ (55 hours). AXIS SYLLABUS Teacher Lab: 500€ (50 hours). THE PRACTIC OF LISTENING (Online): 100€ (8 hours). MANAGING THE ONLINE FORMAT (Online): 100€ (8 hours). SPECIFICS: 620€ (55 hours). Deposit and Cancellation Policy: If you opt out of the program, we will reimburse half of the amount that you have paid for the workshops to come, regardless of when you withdraw.

What is Offered

An annual training course designed to develop teaching and transmission skills, providing tools and methods for guiding individuals towards project realization. It includes both in-person and online modules focused on fundamentals, Axis Syllabus, listening practices, online format management, and specific advanced topics, offering a protected and immersive context for skill development.

Requirements

Participants should be present or future dance and theatre teachers, facilitators, instructors of diverse movement practices, choreographers, holistic practitioners, or therapists. Required to become a member of La Radice dei Viandanti association (membership contribution is flexible).

How to Apply

Submit a registration request via the provided Google Form. After submission, an email with instructions on paying the program fee via bank transfer will be sent. A receipt of payment should be sent to laradicedeiviandanti@gmail.com. The remaining program fee should be paid in cash upon arrival at the first module. Membership to the association La Radice dei Viandanti is required, with a freely chosen contribution amount.
