About the Open Call

A call for proposals that bring artists and audiences together through contemporary dance, contemporary circus, puppetry, arts in public space, and theater. The call focuses on cooperation, circulation, capacity-building, and professional exchange across South-East Europe. Proposals can include co-creations, residencies, shared productions, or laboratories that foster regional connections and environmental responsibility.

What is Offered

Selected projects may receive a grant of up to €6,000, covering a maximum of 50% of the total budget, including artistic and technical fees, travel, accommodation, and production costs.

Requirements

The lead applicant must be a legally registered cultural or artistic organisation based in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, or Turkey. Projects must involve at least one organization from France and two partner organizations from two different countries within the zone.
