About the Open Call

The Finch Manuscript Lab is a 2.5-month residency designed as a 'final sprint' to support writers and artists in completing book-length manuscripts. The program provides free living and work space, a stipend, travel allowance, and professional development including manuscript consultations, craft discussions, and publishing seminars. Residents participate in a blend of self-directed writing time and communal activities, with mentorship from industry professionals.

What is Offered

Stipend of 2,280€, travel allowance of 400€-800€, and free living/work space.

Requirements

Applicants must be over 18 years old and be a resident of one of the Culture Moves Europe countries other than Italy. Selection is based on work samples and commitment to the project, with final interviews required.
