About the Open Call

The Kitchen / Central Location is the living heart of the biennial, functioning as an open-air kitchen, gathering space, and artistic installation. The festival is seeking a transdisciplinary collective—including scientists, artists, designers, craftspeople, cooks, activists, and architects—to imagine new ways of inhabiting this public space in Vevey. The goal is to facilitate an open-air citizen experimentation laboratory that explores cultural, social, and political dimensions of food, as well as new ways of living and creating.

What is Offered

An open-air citizen experimentation laboratory space in Vevey's public area for the duration of the 6th foodculture days biennial.

Requirements

Applicants must form a transdisciplinary collective. Collaboration across different generations, cultures, and levels of expertise is encouraged.
