About the Open Call

The Perch is a creative arts journal focused on mental health that is produced by the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health. The upcoming issue, titled THE MIX, seeks personal stories and artistic expressions that illustrate the duality of mental illness and the depth of the recovery journey. All are welcome to submit for consideration.

What is Offered

Publication in the bi-annual journal The Perch

Requirements

Poetry, creative nonfiction, fiction, artwork, visual art, and scholarly pieces related to mental health and personal experience.
