About the Open Call

Typography Collective, in collaboration with League of Tenders, offers a one-month residency in May 2027 in Yerevan, Armenia. The program focuses on traditional Armenian crafts—carpet weaving, dyeing, ornamentation, and embroidery—aiming to facilitate dialogue between international artists and local masters. The residency includes accommodation, a travel allowance (400-800 EUR), and a daily allowance of 30 EUR. The program is funded by Culture Moves Europe.

Requirements

Applicants must legally reside in a Creative Europe country (except Armenia), be 18+ years old, and be practitioners working with traditional crafts. Not open to artists based in Armenia.
