Tour Ready Lab 2027

About the Open Call

Tour Ready Lab (TRL) is a professional development program for performing artists and companies looking to expand the reach of their work outside their home communities. The program offers two tracks: Development and Showcase. Participants engage in a 5-month curriculum including interactive seminars, individualized feedback on marketing assets, peer networking, and strategic preparation for the APAP booking conference.

What is Offered

Professional development curriculum, individualized feedback, peer networking, and optional performance opportunities at APAP 2027.

Requirements

Applicants must be performing artists or companies. Participation requires program fees if selected ($2,000 for Ailey showcase, $1,500 for NYCC showcase, $500 for Development Track). Showcase track participants must also hold APAP membership and register for the APAP conference.
