About the Open Call

The Fellowship offers sustained experience across Gasworks’ exhibitions, residencies, public programmes and wider artistic activity. The Fellow will contribute to the coordination and delivery of the artistic programme, support artists, and collaborate across the organisation. A primary focus is supporting the artist selected through the parallel Upė Foundation open call, working closely with them during their 2027 residency and contributing to their 2028 solo exhibition.

12-18 month full-time paid fellowship including structured professional development, experience across core artistic programs, and opportunities for international professional networking.

Requirements

The opportunity is targeted at an early-career curator with a connection to the Baltic region (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and their diasporas.
