About the Open Call

The Upė Foundation Curatorial Fellowship at Sapieha Palace is a full-time, 12-month position (with possible 6-month extension) for an early-career UK-based curator. The fellow will contribute to exhibition development, public programmes, and symposium coordination. Key duties include curating one Northern Gallery exhibition, supporting main programme production, and liaising with artists/partners. The fellowship provides mentorship, administrative support for relocation, and research opportunities within the Baltic art context.

What is Offered

Monthly salary of €2,175 gross, compulsory health insurance, initial flights, work computer, settlement support, and visa assistance.

Requirements

1–5 years of curatorial experience, a higher education qualification (BA/MA) in relevant fields, and UK citizenship/residency status.
