About the Open Call
Black Box Gallery is excited to announce a color photography juried group photo show. Contemporary color photography has a big range of dynamic colors being used for landscape, portraiture, architecture, fashion, street, abstract, documentary, still life, narrative, conceptual projects, nature and night photography. 26 photographs will be selected for the physical exhibition and 50 for an online gallery annex. The gallery provides free printing, matting, and framing for all selected exhibition prints.
What is Offered
Free professional printing, matting, and framing for the exhibition; inclusion in a catalog available via Blurb Books; 50% commission on all sales; promotion to collectors and curators.
Requirements
Open to all photographers worldwide, amateur and professional. Work must fit the 'Color Photography' theme. Selected photographers must provide high-resolution TIFF or JPEG files for gallery printing.
How to Apply
Pay the $40 entry fee via PayPal and email info.blackboxgallery@gmail.com with the subject 'Vision: Color Photography'. Include your name, exhibition name, Instagram handle (optional), and photo titles. Attach up to 5 JPEG files formatted to 1200 pixels on the longest side at 72 PPI, 5MB or less each.
