The Visual Artist AIRspace Residency supports a cohort of 3 early-career visual artists for a 20-month residency. Includes semi-private studio space, $7,000 annual honorarium, $5,000 annual materials stipend, 30 hours of dance studio time, professional mentorship, studio visits, professional development, and a final group exhibition.

Requirements

Must be an early-career visual artist, based in NYC (5 boroughs), not currently a student or in a degree-granting program during the residency, able to attend required programming, and align with Abrons Arts Center mission and values.
