About the Open Call

Calling all artists, artisans, and vendors to apply for the 3rd annual Waveny Park Arts Fest, taking place from 10am-4pm on Sunday, September 28th, 2025. The festival highlights include 50 Artist & Artisan Vendors, Live Music & Entertainment, Food Trucks, Kids Crafts, and a Young Entrepreneurs Marketplace. Accepted exhibitors will benefit from promotion through event signage, local publicity, social media, and the Carriage Barn website. Mediums considered for exhibition and sale include Ceramics, drawing, fiber arts, glass, jewelry, leather, metalwork, painting, paper goods, photography, prints, woodwork, and locally made artisanal products (such as candles, honey, jams, oils, soaps, etc.). The Arts Festival is rain or shine; in the event of extreme weather, it will be rescheduled to October 12.

What is Offered

Accepted exhibitors will be promoted through event signage, local publicity, social media, and on the Carriage Barn website. The festival offers a platform for art sales and exposure to a broad audience, alongside live music, food, and family activities.

Requirements

The opportunity is open to mixed media artists and artisans. Applicants must upload up to 4 images of their artwork/goods and 1 image of their booth setup. All work must be family-friendly and not exhibit anything that could be interpreted as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive. Prices for all work must be clearly marked.

How to Apply

To apply, fill out and submit the online form. Applicants must upload up to 4 images of their artwork/goods samples and 1 image of their booth setup with work displayed. Exhibitor acceptance notifications are sent on a rolling basis, and acceptance is guaranteed only after booth payment has been received and processed.
