About the Open Call

The Regional Academy is a structured program designed to empower the next generation of junior professionals and emerging leaders in public administration and civil society. It includes pre-arrival mentorship, a 7-day residency in Albania, joint regional projects, and a 3-month post-program phase. The curriculum covers democratic citizenship, European integration, regional cooperation, peacebuilding, and leadership development.

Requirements

Applicants must be between 25-40 years old, a citizen or resident of the Western Balkans, have 3+ years of experience in public administration/civil society/media/research/policy, English proficiency, and be available for the full duration of the program.
