About the Open Call

Ljubljana's residency provides peace and quiet for writing. Residency periods are March 1–31, 2027, and November 1–30, 2027. Applicants must have a factual relation to any UNESCO City of Literature and have published at least one book of fiction (prose, poetry, or drama). Creative non-fiction may be considered if literary in nature.

What is Offered

Each resident receives a grant and travel expenses totaling €1250 gross and stays in a fully equipped apartment with a kitchenette at Švicarija.
